Due to the custom nature of 3D printing and made to order items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If there is an issue with your order(such as damage during shipping), contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Shipping Policy

All 3D prints are made to order. 

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before shipment. Custom designs or large orders may require additional time. All packages will be shipped in the order they are received. 

Lost or Damaged Items:

Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, as stated in our Return Policy and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
